AlWatania Information Systems is seeking a Senior SAP Basis Consultant to lead our SAP administration efforts and enhance our SAP environments. As a Senior SAP Basis Consultant, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide SAP systems. You will have the opportunity to work on advanced SAP projects, streamline processes, and ensure the stability and availability of critical applications across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the installation, configuration, and management of SAP systems, including S/4HANA, BW, and other modules.
Perform system upgrades, migrations, and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
Develop and implement SAP landscape management strategies, including performance tuning and capacity planning.
Oversee the administration of user roles, authorizations, and security measures within SAP systems.
Conduct troubleshooting and resolve complex issues related to SAP systems and database management.
Collaborate with development teams on integration projects and system enhancements.
Document processes, create technical documentation, and provide training to junior team members.
Stay current with SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with a focus on leading teams.
In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture and advanced administration techniques.
Proven experience with SAP installations, configurations, migrations, and upgrades.
Strong familiarity with database systems, particularly HANA and Oracle.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, and experience collaborating across teams.
SAP Basis certification is preferred.
