Who you are:
  • We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to bridge the gap between commerce content, audience engagement, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for Affiliate Commerce and SEO, and an interest in using data to drive decision-making. You will work closely with Editorial, Product, and Marketing teams to optimize commerce-driven content, analyse performance trends, and contribute to strategic business initiatives. 
  • You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines—including digital marketing, finance, sales, and product development—while working on high-visibility projects that directly impact business performance.
 

What You'll Do:

  • Commerce & SEO Performance Analysis: Track daily and weekly affiliate revenue pacing across key brands (PCMag, Mashable, Lifehacker, CNET, etc.), providing actionable insights to improve content monetization and search visibility.
  • Data Analysis & Business Insights: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key findings, track performance metrics, and drive decision-making for internal executives and external partners.
  • Affiliate Partnership Support: Work with top-tier affiliate partners like Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy to optimize commission structures, track performance, and identify revenue opportunities.
  • SEO & Content Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve commerce content rankings and visibility, working with editorial teams to implement SEO best practices, refresh key pages, and support content planning initiatives.
  • Revenue Forecasting & Strategic Planning: Assist in budgeting, revenue modeling, and financial analysis by evaluating past performance trends and emerging opportunities in the digital commerce landscape.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and UX teams to optimize commerce modules, improve user experience, and enhance click efficiency on key pages.
  • Executive-Level Exposure: Gain valuable experience working on high-impact projects, participating in meetings with senior leadership, and supporting strategic initiatives.
What does it take to do this job
Must Haves
  • 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing, or SEO analytics.
  • Foundational analytics toolkit - data extraction, manipulation, and visualizations (e.g., SQL, Looker/Tableau, Advanced Excel).
  • Strong understanding of site performance metrics, including conversion rate (CVR), click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), revenue per visit (RPV), bounce rate, average order value (AOV), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Familiarity with web analytics concepts and measurement techniques, including traffic sourcing (SEO/SEM/Email), event tracking, and conversion funnels.
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform (GA4, Google Ads, Looker Studio, etc.) or other digital analytics tools.
Good to have
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms (Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, or CJ) and performance tracking.
  • Exposure to paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Reddit) and performance analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
 
NOTE:  This role requires to work on Shopping holidays
