We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Junior Account Executive for the EMEA region to be a pivotal force in driving customer value, fostering deep partnerships, and ensuring the long-term success of our valued clients, particularly those with on-premises environments. You will own the EMEA Renewals business, work with Salesforce CRM solutions, and collaborate with other technology experts in our global team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the end-to-end renewal process for an assigned portfolio of existing customers across the EMEA region.
  • Proactively engage with customers well in advance of renewal dates to identify potential issues or opportunities.
  • Analyze customer usage data and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Negotiate renewal contracts and ensure timely completion of all necessary paperwork.
  • Accurately forecast renewal rates and revenue.
  • Maintain detailed records of all renewal activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Reporting and Quoting
  • Track record of managing multiple renewals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and drive strategic action.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and prioritize effectively.
  • Language Requirements: German and English are essential
  • Collaborate closely with sales, account management, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve any customer issues that may arise during the renewal process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve renewal processes and increase efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for renewals management.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of proven experience in renewals, sales, or account management role, ideally within the software or technology industry, in the EMEA market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage customer interactions and track renewals.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.

Location: This role is open to candidates located within the EMEA region. If the successful candidate resides outside of Germany, Spain, or the United Kingdom, their employment will be facilitated through an Employer of Record (EOR) service.
