Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager with deep Medicare Advantage expertise to manage and drive complex healthcare initiatives. This temp-to-hire role requires strong leadership in Agile environments and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

What You Will Do:

Lead and manage end-to-end execution of projects and programs related to Medicare Advantage initiatives
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and scope adherence
Oversee compliance with CMS regulations and other Medicare Advantage program requirements
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
Track progress and performance using Jira and Confluence, ensuring visibility across stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure program objectives and deliverables are met
Support continuous process improvements and drive operational efficiency within project workflows
