Outside Sales Professional, Greater Minnesota/Dakotas

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Sales Professional, your days will be full of energy and purpose. You'll be responsible for:
Owning your
Zone Plan
across the designated territory of Minnesota/N Dakota/S Dakota and updating it weekly and sharing with your Regional Manager.
Creating and maintaining a consistent visitation schedule to stay connected with all accounts.
Achieving seasonal sales goals
—both pre-book and at-once orders.
Driving
new account acquisition
Capturing
vehicle event sales
and contributing to annual growth targets.
Championing and executing all
company programs and initiatives
within your territory.
Attending
sales meetings, tradeshows, and the annual PGA Merchandise Show
.
Keeping your
sample line presentation-ready
and aligned with brand standards.
Submitting timely and accurate
monthly expense reports
.
Delivering best-in-class
customer service
—every interaction, every time.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Expertise in
MS Office
, especially Excel.
Outstanding
organizational and time management skills
.
A natural ability to
prospect, negotiate, and close deals
.
Strong presentation skills and effective written/verbal communication.
A
self-starter
mentality with a drive to meet (and exceed) deadlines and goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of relevant sales experience (apparel industry a big plus!).
Familiarity with the industry is a strong advantage.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
You’ll primarily work from a home office or on the road in your territory.
Regular use of computers and standard office tools is expected.
Frequent travel
is required to support accounts, events, and sales initiatives.
