Regional Sales Director Key Responsibilities
Pioneer the adoption of our revolutionary learning platform across public school districts, establishing strategic partnerships that scale educational excellence and drive measurable student achievement gains.
Basic Requirements
Proven track record with 3+ years orchestrating complex K-12 sales cycles and securing $100K+ partnerships
Established influence network among district leadership in Texas or California
Expert navigation of public education procurement landscapes and RFP/RFI processes
Demonstrated success maintaining a $10M+ pipeline with consistent revenue achievement
Self-driven professional with full-cycle sales mastery
Advanced proficiency in modern sales tech stack and CRM platforms
Geographic requirement: Based within 2-hour radius of Texas or California
Flexibility for extensive regional travel (up to 80%)
Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
