This role will support and develop core operational reporting in partnership with subject matter experts within each department. Now let's get into the Business Analyst role: General Responsibilities Primary support contact and expert for PowerBI, eRecruit, and Business Central reporting Enhance existing reports/dashboards to improve performance and presentation Delivers reporting solutions by developing and creating new reports to support each department Develops, validates and provides ongoing support of operational and project-related reports, scripts and data analysis Provides technical direction, guidance and assistance during project development, maintaining data integrity and quality control of delivered reports Develops, maintains and optimizes database modules and system components Supports business decisions by developing and institutionalizing data driven analytics as defined by SME’s Data Analytics: Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Perform data cleaning, validation, and manipulation to ensure accuracy and consistency. Use statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data. Collaboration and Support: Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide support and training to end-users on Power BI features and report functionalities. Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and optimal performance. Documentation and Best Practices: Document development processes, data sources, and reporting methodologies. Implement best practices for data visualization and reporting to ensure clarity and usability. Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules, and instructions. Perform additional duties as assigned. To excel as our Business Analyst, you'll need to come with: Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, business administration or another related field Minimum 3 years’ experience in data analysis and report creation PowerBI (3-5 years’ experience) Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. SQL (3-5 years’ experience) Experience with Microsoft D365 is preferred. Azure Cloud Infrastructure experience So… what else is in it for you?
