Yondr’s business segments span numerous industries, primarily across education and live events. Yondr supports schools through cell phone-free programs. Our education programs facilitate the successful implementation of phone-free school environments by providing administrators and teachers with education, training, and development resources, along with all necessary equipment. In addition, Yondr supports top artists in music and comedy by creating phone-free shows, allowing performers and audience members to enjoy live performances without the distraction of phones. Yondr is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to optimize our digital footprint across web, email, paid media, and analytics. This role is critical to driving audience engagement, generating leads across multiple verticals (education, partnerships, live events), and amplifying our mission online. You’ll be responsible for translating brand and campaign strategies into high-performing digital experiences and collaborating with internal and fractional teams to execute across channels. Key Responsibilities Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan, build, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns. Own paid media execution (search, social, display, retargeting). Align campaigns to specific audience segments and business goals Website & SEO Management Oversee website performance, UX, and content updates. Implement SEO best practices to improve rankings and discoverability. Collaborate with design/development resources for site improvements. Email Marketing & Automation Build and manage email marketing workflows for nurturing leads in Hubspot. Own email calendar and performance optimization. Follow best practices to execute timely and effective email campaigns. A/B test to determine the most effective outreach to potential customers. Analytics & Reporting Track and report on KPIs across all digital channels. Provide actionable insights for campaign refinement. Maintain dashboards using Google Analytics, Hubspot, Asana, or equivalent. Generate insights to guide optimization and decision-making. Collaboration & Project Management Work cross-functionally with the internal marketing team. Manage timelines, assets, and digital deliverables. Contribute to brand consistency across digital platforms. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of different digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
