Key responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.

Coordinate quarterly travel for PI planning sessions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project delivery.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align project goals.

Job description

This is a remote position.

Title: Scrum Master
Location: 90 % Remote (Will require quarterly travel for PI planning) Either Louisville, KY or Allentown, PA or Providence, RI

Duration: 12 Months

Skillset:

Must have experience at enterprise companies
Experience specifically within HR, Finance or Corporate would be amazing but not necessary
Experience moving from Waterfall to Agile.
Must have SAFe experience.
SSM, SSASM or CSM certs are a plus
