Manage professional client communications with prompt, courteous responses

Handle efficient scheduling and calendar organization to optimize business operations

Process invoices and manage billing tasks with precision and attention to detail

Organize and maintain email communications to ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Contribute creative ideas for content improvement and business efficiency

Assist with developing consistent branding across video content

Requirements

Demonstrated proficiency with CapCut video editing software and a portfolio of engaging video content

Experience handling administrative tasks including invoicing, scheduling, and client communications
