This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Part time hours: 1 PM to 5 PM Monday to Friday
  • Client Timezone: Pacific Time (Oregon, USA)

  • Create eye-catching visual stories that showcase stunning landscape and construction projects
  • Manage professional client communications with prompt, courteous responses
  • Handle efficient scheduling and calendar organization to optimize business operations
  • Process invoices and manage billing tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Organize and maintain email communications to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Contribute creative ideas for content improvement and business efficiency
  • Assist with developing consistent branding across video content



Requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency with CapCut video editing software and a portfolio of engaging video content
  • Experience handling administrative tasks including invoicing, scheduling, and client communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Eagerness to learn new software tools and technologies that could benefit the business
  • Reliable internet connection and comfortable with remote work
  • Available to work consistently 4 hours daily during Pacific Time business hours
  • Passion for creative content and appreciation for landscape/construction aesthetics a plus
