Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Flexible hours, 20 hours per week, Seattle WA, USA (Eastern time)
  • It would be great to overlap mostly 20 hours per week

Scope:

  • Remote position with preference for Eastern Time Zone availability

  • Initial focus on single MLS system with expansion to 20 systems by end of 2025

  • Long-term potential to support 100-500 MLS system integrations

  • Direct reporting to technical team with regular communication



Responsibilities:
  • Map and align data fields between different Multiple Listing Service (MLS) systems
  • Create and maintain detailed field mappings for automated PDF generation systems
  • Review and validate automated data entry processes across multiple platforms
  • Identify and document discrepancies or unusual patterns in data field structures
  • Flag technical issues or edge cases to the development team
  • Maintain detailed documentation of mapping rules and system variations
  • Support the expansion of the platform to new MLS systems



Requirements


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry work

  • Experience with data entry and data mapping

  • Analytical mindset with ability to recognize patterns and inconsistencies

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and flag issues proactively

  • Basic technical literacy and comfort with web-based systems

  • Ability to maintain organized documentation

  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy
