Job description

This is a remote position.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive AI Automation & Integration Specialist to design, implement, and manage intelligent automation workflows using AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms, and CRM systems like Go High Level (GHL), Zapier, and Make.com. You’ll play a key role in transforming manual processes into scalable, automated solutions for our US-based clients.


This role requires a deep understanding of AI-driven solutions (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, Agents), automation platforms, API integrations, and business process automation. You will work directly with both internal teams and external clients, including senior-level stakeholders, to deliver high-impact automations and integrations that drive real business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
AI & Workflow Automation
  • Build and deploy AI-powered workflows using tools like OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, Agents, and vector databases.

  • Develop autonomous agent systems for business use cases using no-code/low-code platforms.

  • Automate CRM workflows, lead management, and sales processes using Go High Level, Zapier, Make.com, and similar tools.

  • Continuously research and implement the latest AI and automation technologies to improve performance and efficiency.

System Integration & Engineering
  • Design and implement backend and API-driven integrations between third-party systems.

  • Develop custom scripts or lightweight backend services when needed (preferably in Python).

  • Set up and manage data flows between CRMs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), webhooks, and external services.

Client Interaction & Project Management
  • Collaborate with clients to understand automation goals and pain points.

  • Translate business requirements into technical automation workflows.

  • Deliver multiple automation projects across clients while meeting timelines and maintaining quality.

  • Provide regular updates and documentation for stakeholders.



Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation using Zapier, Make.com, or similar platforms.

  • 2+ years of experience working with CRM tools (GHL, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).

  • Experience with AI integration tools: OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, or similar.

  • Strong grasp of API integration, webhooks, and automation triggers.

  • Experience with Python for scripting and backend logic (or similar programming/scripting language).

  • Comfortable managing structured (SQL) and unstructured (NoSQL/vector) data.

  • Strong documentation, communication, and client presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with Go High Level automations.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and deployment workflows.

  • Experience building agentic workflows and autonomous systems.

  • Background in consulting or client-facing implementation roles.
