We are looking for a professional with over 3 years of experience in JIRA administration and development, specializing in the Atlassian ecosystem. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of tools such as Atlassian Server/Cloud, ScriptRunner, JQL, and the configuration of automated workflows and custom scripting.
Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and develop solutions on Atlassian JIRA (Software and Service Management).
Design custom workflows, fields, screens, notification schemes, automation rules, etc.
Integrate JIRA with other tools and systems (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket, CI/CD tools).
Develop scripts and automations using ScriptRunner or similar tools.
Participate in the migration and upgrade of Atlassian environments.
Provide technical and functional support to internal teams for effective use of JIRA.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements
Knowledge and application of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, with a focus on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and value delivery.
Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and proven ability to efficiently solve complex technical problems.
Intermediate level of English (B1/B2).
Nice to have:
Certifications in Atlassian tools or agile methodologies.

Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery tools such as Jenkins and Bamboo.
