UI/UX Designer Opportunities Responsibilities

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
Apply A/B testing and data-driven design strategies to optimize user experience.
Ensure all design processes align with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Stay current on UI/UX trends, tools, techniques, and best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Proficiency with design tools, especially Figma (preferred).
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
Experience conducting and applying insights from A/B testing and UX research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or AngularJS.
Experience designing for mobile applications.
Experience in the Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services industry is a plus.

Fluent English is mandatory.
