Solution Integration Specialist ENG/FRE Opportunities

About You

• You are a hands-on technical expert with deep experience in IT infrastructure project implementation.
• You are highly organized, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
• You stay up to date with technology trends and continuously seek ways to improve systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for project implementation and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope and develop implementation plans.
• Create technical documentation including network diagrams, execution procedures, and support guides.
• Implement and configure technical solutions in line with project specifications and company standards.
• Train internal teams to support and maintain newly deployed systems.
• Track project milestones and proactively adjust plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead multiple simultaneous projects while ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.
• Be available for occasional project work during evenings or weekends.
• Engage in continuous learning to remain current with evolving technologies.

Technical Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure implementation.
• Industry certifications such as:
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
  • Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800 & AZ-801)
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
  • Fortinet Certifications (NSE4 & NSE5)
• Technical degree in IT or university degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Proficiency with:
  • Cisco Meraki
  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
  • Microsoft 365 suite (OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online)

Soft Skills

• Excellent documentation and planning skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer-facing abilities.
• Bilingual in English and French (Required).
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluent English and French is mandatory.
