About the Role:

As a Sr. Account Manager on the Client Success team, you will be responsible for the relationship management of our top tier Pharmaceutical and Agency clients. You will ensure client satisfaction and contract renewals through timely and quality delivery of high-impact campaigns, as well as drive contract expansion (upsell/cross-sell) through proactive account management and collaboration with the Sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts such as Business Intelligence, Advertising Operations, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver contracted, tailored solutions to customers

  • Work closely with a dedicated Account Associate, delegating tasks effectively to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction

  • Manage implementation process by ensuring stakeholders deliver what is needed on time and within client expectations

  • Analyze and deliver monthly program metrics to reinforce program ROI and to provide insights to help clients achieve business goals

  • Own and drive Top Account Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), delivering performance insights, strategic recommendations, and opportunities for optimization

  • Lead internal account planning sessions (internal QBRs with Sales) to align on account growth strategies, renewal planning, and expansion opportunities

  • Identify and drive lead generation opportunities in collaboration with Sales, leveraging program insights and customer feedback to uncover new business opportunities

  • Partner with Sales to support new business development and organic growth of accounts, including upselling and optimizing where applicable

  • Work with clients and agency partners to manage the Regulatory review submission process

  • Oversee the creation of visual examples of programs using our enterprise CMS tool

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and regulatory requirements in the Pharma space

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in Pharmaceutical client and account management

  • Strong written/verbal communication, excellent relationship management skills, and sharp attention to detail

  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory review (MLR / PRC)

  • Ability to apply analytics and data to a value proposition

  • Willingness to think critically and solve problems in new or creative ways

  • A deep curiosity and interest in healthcare technologies

  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce and project management platforms like JIRA or TaskRay

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. San Francisco and Seattle Offices:

$136,000.00 - $216,000.00

New York Office:

$124,000.00 - $198,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$113,000.00 - $180,000.00

Other Office Locations:

$102,000.00 - $162,000.00
