Key responsibilities:

Create and optimize the game economy for new and existing features to enhance engagement and revenue.

Manage the pricing of virtual goods, content, and currencies, including in-game events and rewards.

Plan and analyze A/B testing to assess effectiveness.

Define economy KPIs and build models to monitor and predict the impact of features on game balance and player behavior.

We’re looking for a Junior Game Economy Manager to join our Studio.

The Game Economy is one of the core domains of our game and is critical to our success.What You Will Do:

Create and optimize the economy for new and existing features in order to maximize engagement and revenue in the long run
Manage the economy and pricing of virtual goods, content, and currencies in the game, both free and paid, including progression, bonuses & rewards for in-game events, competitions & challenges
Plan A/B testing and analyze their effectiveness
Manage & optimize game pricing models while defining key segmentation layers to support players' LTV growth
Define economy KPIs and build mathematical models to monitor, predict and validate the impact of features on game balance and player behavior
Collaborate with Product and Monetization teams.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in an analytical role
Advanced analytical skills, ability to spot patterns and trends.
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, a similar quantitative field or equivalent work experience
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
Passion for gaming
Proficient in English
Previous experience in strategic/financial consulting - Advantage
