Role Overview: We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Conversion Manager to optimize our website and marketing funnel performance. The ideal candidate will own key conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, ensuring seamless user journeys from site visits to first-time deposits (FTP). This role requires expertise in web analytics, A/B testing, email marketing, and SEO alignment to enhance customer acquisition and retention. Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Conversion Optimization:
  • Improve web/mobile web user funnel conversion rates through data-driven strategies.
  • Conduct website optimizations, refine messaging, and ensure event tracking accuracy.
  • Email Marketing & CRM Strategy:
  • Own the pre-purchase email marketing lifecycle, ensuring logical and engaging communications to improve activation and retention.
  • Partner with internal teams to refine automated campaigns and segmentation strategies.
  • SEO & Website Requirements:
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to implement and optimize requirements documents for operational improvements.
  • Ensure alignment between SEO strategies and conversion goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Product, UX/UI, LiveOps, WebDev, Paid Media, and Data teams to enhance conversion pathways.
  • Align marketing and operational efforts to improve user flow and overall efficiency.
  • Performance Tracking & Analysis:
  • Develop, monitor, and report on conversion KPIs to measure and improve performance.

Implement A/B testing, heatmaps, and other CRO methodologies to optimize engagement and conversions.


Requirements


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Growth Marketing, or Digital Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO), and CRM/email automation platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in website UX/UI improvements and SEO best practices.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to drive projects forward.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in iGaming, sweepstakes, e-commerce, or subscription-based industries.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and paid media conversion strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for website optimization is a plus.
