Responsible for leading and executing select strategic initiatives and planning efforts that drive revenue growth, increase contribution margins, and improve operational efficiency across the business.

Complex Communication: Act as a focal point for senior-level communications for the Data Center business and as an extension of the business unit leader (for message framing, slide development, written communications, etc.); includes working closely with Corporate Communications to ensure appropriate messaging for critical deliverables (Data Center SLTs, One-Track, Quarterly Leadership Calls, Town Halls, All Hands Calls, QBRs, annual planning meetings, kickoff events, and other leadership forums), enhancing the business unit leader’s communications platform, and assessing the overall effectiveness of communications across the business.

Driving Initiatives: Collaborate with the broader team or in 1:1 settings with SLT members on specific initiatives and critical issues assigned to the Chief of Staff to drive progress, form overall recommendations for the business unit leader, and make final decisions where appropriate. Includes supporting key asks from Regional General Managers (RGMs), Sales/Commercial, and the supporting functions: Design & Construction, Site Selection, Global Services and HR/Finance/Legal.

SLT Support: Attend required business unit meetings and help drive the agenda (e.g., Data Center SLT meetings), ensuring efficient and prioritized use of leadership time. Actively participate in such meetings as needed. This role owns the Data Center leadership key event and meeting schedule.
