Your Day to Day

As a Manager, Small Business Sales you would be working on:

· Teaming up with Sales Leaders in developing and implementing sales strategy for the region. Strategies include maximizing renewal performance, account upsell development, and ongoing account management.

· Working cross functionally with marketing, customer care, sales operations, and finance to establish plans to accelerate revenue growth within the region.

· Resolving escalated client feedback and issues, which will involve speaking with the client directly in certain instances.

· Setting performance expectations and coach team members on how to achieve performance goals.

· Monitoring and continuously improve metrics for sales attainment, closing ratios, lead conversion rates, appointment setting, and sales cycle optimization.

· Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting and KPI reporting.

· Coaching Sales reps, understand individual strengths and weaknesses, and work with reps sales acumen.

The focus will be renewing and upselling into specified accounts within our Identity and Access Management portfolio of products.

· Enthusiasm: Motivate and engage inside sales reps to achieve revenue targets.

· Leadership: Grow and develop a team of inside sales reps, guiding the team on best practices for pipeline management, demand generation, rapid qualification, deal negotiation, and closing.

· Metrics-driven: Measure and analyze key performance indicators to drive improved performance and accountability.

· High Velocity: Implement selling strategies to drive consistency and velocity throughout the sales process.

· Process Oriented: Help sales team in understanding how to maximize their production by using the defined processes, sales tools, and applications available.

Annual OTE [Base + Commissions Target] Range: $146,200.00 - $197,800.00

The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
