This teammate will be an innovator and experimenter in developing this model and collaborating with several teams across the Village on this executive driven transformation. This position blends innovative strategic thinking with operational execution.
Core activities include: support the development of new capabilities to drive successful patient engagement, outreach, scheduling, and completion of comprehensive health evaluations for CKD and ESKD patients, design clinical and operational process flows to best care for our patients, determine appropriate front line and operational leadership roles and responsibilities, create new patient and field facing tools and resources, and provide project management oversight of initiatives.
The Lead Data Analyst, Clinical Analytics and Reporting should demonstrate a proven ability to creatively problem solve and examine and translate data into meaningful business insights to support these programs. The senior analyst will also assist in the creation and management of datasets and demonstrate a proven ability to analyze and translate data.

Salary/ Wage Range
$75,200.00 - $110,400.00 / yearIf a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt:
• New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year
• Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year
• Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year

New York Non-exempt:
• New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour
• Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour
• Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour


Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year

Washington Non-exempt:
• Bellingham: $17.66/hour
• Burien: $21.16/hour
• Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour
• Renton: $20.90/hour
• Seattle: $20.76/hour
• Tukwila: $21.10/hour
