As a Technical Support Analyst, you are passionate about leveraging your technical expertise to provide seamless and efficient support solutions. You can apply your knowledge to assist customers in navigating complex technical requests, troubleshooting operational issues with our Warehouse Management System, manage customer configurations, support cloud solutions and monitor performance. You will collaborate enabling other teams and keep documentation up to date.
Your background includes a solid foundation in IT systems coupled with a customer-centric approach, ensuring that you not only resolve problems but also empower your customers to understand and prevent recurring issues.
Serve as a trusted technical partner, applying active listening and empathy to resolve customer issues effectively.
Troubleshoot WMS-related issues, including ERP integrations, RF hardware, and labelling systems.
Analyse and escalate complex issues to third-party vendors with supporting data and context.
Manage WMS environments and configuration migrations across development, testing, and production.
Monitor SQL performance and cloud-based solutions, ensuring optimization and system reliability.
Maintain clear documentation, meet SLA targets, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
This is a remote based role within Spain. Working pattern is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, with 3+ years of technical support experience.
Proficient in SQL/Oracle (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP).
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues independently.
Fluent in English with clear communication and documentation abilities.
Hands-on experience with WMS platforms (e.g., JDA/RedPrairie, Manhattan, SAP-WM, Oracle-WM) and barcode/RF hardware.
Familiarity with labelling software, reporting tools, and basic network troubleshooting (WAN/LAN).
