We are looking for a Head of Social Campaigns & Content to lead the development and execution of innovative social media strategies that elevate our online presence, foster engagement, and build a compelling brand narrative across key social platforms. This role will be pivotal in amplifying our newly launched brand, expanding our global digital footprint, and positioning us as a market leader in supply chain execution solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in social media strategy, influencer partnerships, content creation, and data-driven performance optimization to ensure a dynamic and impactful social media presence. You will be responsible for cultivating a robust social media strategy that resonates with diverse audiences, including customers, candidates, industry analysts, and investors.
This role will play a critical part in driving community management, reinforcing our thought leadership, and ensuring our messaging effectively reflects the company’s transformation and long-term market positioning.

You’ll lead a comprehensive social media strategy that connects with diverse audiences, drives platform-specific engagement, and leverages data-driven insights to optimize performance, extend reach, and increase impact.
Social Media Strategy & Brand Amplification - Develop and implement a comprehensive global social media strategy aligned with our business objectives, focusing on amplifying the newly launched brand.
Develop campaigns tailored for diverse audiences, including customers, job candidates, industry analysts, and investors and ensure platform-specific content is optimized for maximum engagement across key social channels.
Content Development & Organic Engagement - Build a dynamic and engaging social media presence that reflects the brand values and business goals.
Influencer and Amplification Partnerships - Develop strategic influencer partnerships and paid media strategies to extend brand visibility and reach new audiences.
Performance Analytics & Optimization - Leverage social media analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, audience sentiment, and content performance.
Collaboration & Alignment - Work closely with the Brand, Growth, Product and Communications teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and messaging.
Assessment of Infios’ Social Presence - assess social channels and their alignment with our ICP and brand strategy; management different social networks.
What you bring to the team:
Experience - Significant proven experience in social media strategy, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results in a global environment.
Creativity - Strong ability to craft compelling content and campaigns that align with the company’s vision.
Analytics Proficiency - Expertise in using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Oktopost) to track and optimize performance.
Communication - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Industry Knowledge - Experience in SaaS, WMS, or technology sectors is preferred.
Portfolio - a portfolio of work while not required for submission, is preferred.
