What a day in the life looks like:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for IT Hardware including but not limited to AMR/Robotics ,Voice & Mobility ,End point devices etc.

  • Support in Software renewals as and when needed.

  • Ensure Supplier Governance by coordinating Security, data privacy and legal review

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal terms.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand IT requirements and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Manage vendor relationships, assess performance, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Oversee the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisitions.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes to inform procurement decisions.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support project timelines and deliverables.

What you bring to the team:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of proven experience in IT procurement, with a focus on IT Hardware, AMR

  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of achieving cost savings and value for the organization.

  • Excellent understanding of IT industry trends and a keen eye for emerging technologies.

  • Ability to work flexible hours to support US and UK time zones.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
