What a Day in the Life Looks Like:

  • CRM Data Quality & MDM Automation
  • Sales Process Support & Opportunity Validation
  • Pipeline Hygiene & Forecasting Oversight
  • Partner Registration & Lead Assignment
  • Reporting and Dashboard Creation

CRM & Data Management

  • Monitor and maintain CRM data quality through cleansing, validation, and exception reporting
  • Identify and resolve potential data issues; escalate and document root causes
  • Build and automate master data management (MDM) processes and controls
  • Collaborate with the SFDC team to enhance data collection, usage, and reporting
  • Support business process automation and CRM enhancement initiatives

Sales Operations Support

  • Provide CRM how-to guidance and non-technical issue support to Sales and Pre Sales teams
  • Validate opportunity data, ensuring key fields are accurate and aligned to order status
  • Monitor and enforce pipeline hygiene, forecasting compliance, and Close Plan adherence
  • Process and verify partner registrations with Channel Account Managers
  • Assign BDR Qualified Opportunities (BQO) within 24 hours of submission
  • Support business and territory planning with reports and dashboards

What you bring to the team:

  • Experience in Advanced Excel(LOOKUP, Pivot tables, Data validation and cleansing)
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent understanding of IT industry trends and a keen eye for emerging technologies.
  • Experience of 5-7 years in the industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
