Using our intuitive platform, teams can build custom CRM functionality—such as smart automation, Slack alerts, dashboards, and more—in a fraction of the time without compromising the development quality.

What You'll Do at Sweep

Take a proactive role in shaping and enhancing our product offering.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop features for our CRM platform.
Participate in all stages of the product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Learn and master Salesforce development under the guidance of experienced team members.
Tackle technical challenges and develop creative, scalable solutions.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of professional development experience with a strong foundation in coding and software design.
A BA\BSc in Computer Science.
A demonstrated ability to learn new technologies independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and a love for tackling logic challenges.
A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems or previous experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Background working in high-scale, production-level environments is a strong advantage.
