Duties and Responsibilities:
· Supporting on-prem Epicor Developer in all applications and improvements within Epicor
· Administering and maintaining the Epicor / Kinetic ERP system, including user management, security configurations, and system backups
· Providing technical support and training to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems
· Analysing system data and generating reports to support business decision-making
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements
· Coordinating and testing software upgrades and patches to ensure system stability and performance
Documenting system processes, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference
Requirements
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
· Experienced ERP Administrator with min 2 years Epicor/Kinetic Experience (Can be negotiable it can be less than 2 years as long as they have the experience in Epicor)
· 2 Years experience working with SQL
· C# Coding Experience desirable
· Proven ability to learn, understand, and apply new systems and software
· Demonstrated proficiency with business software systems
· Understand end user needs and build relationships
· Improving and maintaining work systems.
· Transparent, accountable, and eager to learn and develop
· Highly organised with excellent time management
· High attention to detail and ability to multitask
· High communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Demonstrate ability to remain self-motivated
