Tell me about the role.

The FP&A Manager is a key member of the Finance team at Zensai, reporting directly to the Finance Director whilst working closely with the CFO and Executive Leadership. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the Revenue Operations team, the BI team and other key functions of the business. This role is instrumental in providing strategic financial insights, supporting data-driven decision-making, and driving long-term financial success.

As an FP&A Manager, you will perform financial reporting and business planning, ensuring alignment between company goals and financial performance. You will collaborate closely with key decision-makers to optimize resource allocation, assess investment opportunities, and drive profitability.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Own and constantly enhancing Zensais Planning & Reporting Framework models, including Budget, Strategy Planning, Management reporting working closely with the leadership team to ensure the business plan translate into financials

· Drive and maintain the cross functional commercial and financial forecasting process, in close co-operation with Revenue Marketing, Revenue Operations and commercial leadership

· Be the Guardian of Cost Center reporting, cost controlling and cash flow projections, to support strategic decision-making and ensure financial stability.

· Constantly tracking, controlling an benchmarking our Financial and SaaS reporting metrics such as CAC, LTV, ARR, NRR etc.

· Perform ongoing and ad hoc analyses, financial modelling, cost controlling, and other financial support to the leadership team.

· Drive an implement financial improvement projects with a focus on automation and the use of AI.

By delivering actionable financial recommendations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Zensai’s financial strategy and supporting scalable expansion.

What Experience Are We Looking For?

  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS or technology company.

  • Leadership experience and/or the experience, accountability and collaboration skills required to succeed in this key role that entails a high degree of cross functional collaboration.

  • Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a high-growth environment

  • A deep understanding of key SaaS metrics, such as Revenue Marketing metrics from lead to close, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn and their impact on business decisions.

  • Strong track record of collaborating with executives to drive data-driven decision-making
