About the Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Operator to help maintain, clean, and standardize data within our Salesforce CRM. This role is vital in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our customer and sales data, directly supporting teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean, update, and maintain Salesforce records to ensure high data quality
  • Identify and merge duplicate records; correct formatting, spelling, and structure issues.
  • Import/export data using Salesforce tools such as Data Loader or Data Import Wizard
  • Monitor and report on data quality metrics; flag inconsistencies and take corrective action.
  • Collaborate with US-based teams to align on data standards and respond to data-related requests.
  • Conduct regular data audits and follow up on incomplete or outdated records.
  • Maintain clear documentation of data changes and follow internal processes

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience working with Salesforce or other CRMs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Prior experience working with US-based clients or teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., filters, VLOOKUP, deduplication)
  • Familiarity with core Salesforce objects such as Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage recurring tasks with consistency
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Salesforce Data Loader or similar data tools
  • Knowledge of CRM data governance and best practices
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (a plus)

Location: India (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Timings: 4 AM EST To 1 PM EST. (1.30 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST)
