NP Accel is currently seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to act as our first point of contact for clients demonstrating interest in our services.

For those who are curious and ambitious, this position has the potential to advance into an Account Executive (AE) role or another career path within the agency. This is a great role for recently graduated college students or individuals with great soft skills that want to get into the online marketing industry. You will learn a lot and there are plenty of opportunities for growth. 

To qualify, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the US. 

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Communicate with leads from Neil Patel’s website via phone and email
  • Answer all incoming chats and emails from prospects reaching out looking for marketing services
  • Qualify leads as they come through and hand-off qualified leads to a “closer” to complete the sales process
  • Contact leads that filled out a form, but didn’t book a call and get them to book a follow up call with us, if qualified
  • Contact leads that missed a call with an AE to get them to reschedule
  • Contact leads that booked a call with an AE to confirm their appointments, gather more information, and get them excited to speak with us further
  • Email cold leads to motivating them to book a call or speak with us
  • Help with various other sales initiatives and support the AE’s to close deals
  • Lead the basic foundations of digital marketing and how to articulate the value of our services at a high level

ABOUT YOU 

  • 1-2 years business development experience
  • Have a solid understanding of how marketing channel strategies work together, including SEO, paid search, social media, mobile, PR and email 
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal/written) and the ability to effectively convey what’s most relevant and meaningful for various audiences
  • A desire to pursue a sales career path

BONUS POINTS 

  • Experience using Salesforce CRM software is a plus 
  • Experience in inbound sales highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, but not required)

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION 

  • Base Salary: USD $40,000.00 to $45,000.00; depending on experience and skills 
  • Commission eligible
