We’re looking for an experienced brand designer to help us shape the look and feel of our marketing, across everything from social media posts, newsletters and event-related materials.

What You’ll Work On:
  • Design high-quality visuals for social media (LinkedIn, Web, X, Instagram) to support all types of marketing tasks: partnership announcements, product updates, and marketing launch initiatives.
  • Create polished, impactful presentations for leadership, sales, and marketing teams — structuring complex information into clear, compelling stories.
  • Maintain and evolve GoWit’s brand and visual identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Continuously optimize visual assets on our website and landing pages (Webflow, WordPress, Sanity CMS).
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to turn messaging, data insights, and strategies into visually impactful deliverables.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Visual Designer or Graphic Designer, preferably in tech-driven environments.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma, CMS tools (Framer, Webflow, WordPress, Sanity), Notion, and presentation platforms like Pitch.
  • Strong understanding of brand systems, scalable design processes, and cross-channel consistency.
  • Skilled in creating a range of multi-format assets: social media visuals, one-pagers, event materials, animated videos, and executive presentations.
Bonus Points:
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, Adtech, or MarTech industries.
  • Motion design skills (After Effects, etc.)
  • Video production and editing skills (camera work + editing).

Our hiring process is designed to be clear, collaborative, and respectful of your time. Here’s what to expect:

Stage 1 – Resume & Portfolio Review

Please submit your CV along with a link to your portfolio showcasing previous work.

Note: Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Your portfolio helps us understand your design range, visual storytelling skills, and how well your style aligns with our brand.

Stage 2 – Interview

A 30–45 minute conversation with our marketing team to learn more about you, your design process, and your past work.

Stage 3 – Take-Home Assignment

You’ll be asked to complete a short design task covering three areas:

  • Pitch Deck: Create a 5–10 page deck introducing retail media in a clear, visually engaging way
  • Blog Visuals: Design 2–3 visuals for a blog post
  • Social Media Post: Create a visual for one of our event posts

Stage 4 – Final Interview with CEO & Team

A casual but focused conversation with our CEO and a few team members. This is a chance to get a feel for how we work, ask questions, and see if it’s a mutual fit.
