The Opportunity

Are you a strategic and hands-on growth marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves testing and learning, and is passionate about improving access to mental health care? We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager or Senior Manager to lead therapist and patient acquisition. In this role, you’ll own performance marketing strategy and execution, from paid channels to full-funnel optimization. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, sales, lifecycle, product, and RevOps teams — backed by agency partners and a growing data stack — to build and scale a high-performing acquisition engine.

What You’ll Do
Growth Strategy & Acquisition
- Lead therapist and patient acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns with a focus on CAC efficiency and lead-to-customer conversion.
- Manage agency partners to drive alignment on creative testing and performance goals.
Experimentation & Funnel Optimization
- Own a structured experimentation roadmap across audiences, offers, creative, and conversion flows.
- Partner with design, product, and lifecycle marketing to improve landing pages, nurture flows, and onboarding experiences.
- Use HubSpot and Tableau to track full-funnel metrics and identify areas to improve drop-off and velocity.
Campaign Execution & Enablement
- Build high-quality campaign briefs that align goals, messaging, and creative formats.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistent asset delivery and testing cadence.
- Monitor campaign data to refresh assets and avoid performance fatigue.
Organic & Product-Led Growth
- Support initiatives to grow referrals, self-serve signups, and awareness through community and content.
- Collaborate with product and content teams on experiments that reduce friction and improve acquisition velocity.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 6–10 years in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation, ideally in startup or fast-growth environments.
- Proven success owning and scaling acquisition channels, with experience managing paid campaigns and external agencies.
- Strong grasp of growth metrics including LTV/CAC, attribution, lead progression, and funnel optimization.
- Experience designing and executing structured, statistically sound growth experiments.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently with high accountability and a bias toward action.
Nice-to-Haves
- Background marketing in DTC health, B2B2C models, or therapist/patient-facing models.
- Familiarity with referral programs, freemium and product-led-growth funnels, or organic growth tactics such as SEO.
