cFocus Software seeks a Database Administrator to join our program supporting Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This position is remote. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Active TS/SCI clearance
3-5 Years of work experience as an Oracle Database administrator.
Familiarity with Oracle database design, coding, and documentation within the AWS environment.
3-5 Years of work experience in database backup procedures, recovery systems, and SQL.
Knowledge of programming languages and APIs.
Problem solver and troubleshooter that thrives in resolving complex problems.
Excellent communications skill (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Duties:
Maintain the Oracle data warehouse to meet the reporting needs of the business and maintain the data model.
Conduct consistency and health checks to ensure the database is operating efficiently and conduct troubleshooting, debugging and corrective action when needed.
Design the schema to support the ingestion of new data sources identified by OAFM to support the Fleet Program and geospatial requirements of the application.
