The Product Manager I shapes the overall vision of software products and applications through collaboration with clients and internal software developers, design, account management / sales, and marketing teams.
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate strong ownership, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to anticipate next steps without constant direction. Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones is essential, as we work with teams and stakeholders in North America, Europe, and beyond.
What you will do :Responsible for driving product development with a full engineering teamCollaborate on building business case, defining product vision and strategyInternalize customer pain pointsPartner with Product Marketing and Customer Success to ensure features are well-positioned and adopted by end usersCommunicate status of project with stakeholdersManage the prioritized feature backlog and bug processCreate clear and concise product specs, test, iterate and drive to launch, partnering with Engineers and Designers on product developmentContribute to launch readiness - create user documentation and internal enablement materialsAssist in identifying product success metrics and monitor post-launch performance using analytics and feedbackActively participate in roadmap planningWhat we are looking for :Required : Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, economics, public relations, statistics, advertising, management or related field, or equivalent experienceRequired: 3+ Years of Product Management experience, coupled with a deep understanding of software development preferably in B2B SaaS enterprise softwarePreferred: Strong analytical skills working with Excel and SQL queryingAbility to write clear bug reports and technical specs Understanding of technical constraints and when to involve engineeringStrong curiosity and drive for innovation; able to frame problems from the customer's perspectiveAbility to identify signal from noise, focusing on the most impactful decisions in a customer-facing contextDemonstrated ability to develop deep empathy with customersUnderstanding of productivity tools and techniques, helping teams work better togetherAbility to produce work that is on time, clear, and high qualityExceptional attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work with complex conceptsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamStrong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfullyWhy Emburse?
