Sales Consultants (ZR_22803_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads from website inquiries and phone calls
  
• Build and provide detailed moving estimates through company CRM
  
• Follow up on leads to secure bookings and take deposits
  
• Manage multi-channel communication (phone, email, text)
  
• Process customer inquiries and confirmations
  
• Maintain accurate records in CRM system
  
• Work with lead provider opportunities when available
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inbound sales
  
• Strong English communication skills
  
• Experience with CRM systems
  
• Demonstrated closing abilities
  
• Professional phone presence
  
• Detail-oriented with ability to build accurate estimates
  
• Multi-tasking capabilities across different communication channels
  

Scope:

• Full-time position (40 hours/week)
  
• Remote work arrangement
  
• Base salary plus commission/bonus structure
  
• Initial training period provided
  
• Access to company CRM and necessary software
  
• Part of existing sales team with 5 full-time representatives
  

Schedule:

• Agent 1: Wednesday Sunday off, 1pm to 9pm Eastern with a 30-minute paid break
  
• Agent 2: Thursday Saturday off, 1pm to 9pm Eastern with a 30-minute paid break
