Role Name: Virtual Assistant for Real Estate

Schedule:

  • Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm AEST with 1 hour of unpaid break

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain comprehensive databases of commercial properties, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Assist in conducting thorough market appraisals, contributing to the team’s market intelligence
  • Perform efficient data entry tasks, maintaining the integrity of our client and property information
  • Conduct targeted canvassing and research to identify and compile contact details for potential clients
  • Support the creation of professional property submissions and appraisals under the guidance of senior team members
  • Organize and update client information within our advanced CRM system, enhancing our client relationship management
  • Contribute to operational efficiency by handling various administrative tasks and suggesting process improvements
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data entry and database management, preferably in a real estate or related field
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and aptitude for learning new technological tools
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong research skills and capability to find and compile relevant information efficiently
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and take on new challenges as the business grows
