Nayax is looking for a Customer Success Manager for our growing business unit — Weezmo.
Weezmo's marketing insights platform helps retailers connect online activities with in-store purchasing data, giving full visibility into customer journeys. With Weezmo and NayaxLoyalty, retailers can engage customers across digital channels and physical stores, boosting engagement and ROI.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will drive retention, satisfaction, and growth among our most valuable customers and distributors. You will proactively support, consult, and guide customers on both new and existing Weezmo products, ensuring their needs are fully addressed while building long-term strategic partnerships.
You will be part of the Weezmo Customer Success team and will report to the Weezmo GM
Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and strengthen trusted relationships with Weezmo’s customers and distributors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their success with Weezmo’s solutions.
- Understand customer goals and requirements; assist in developing tailored engagement strategies.
- Drive customer retention, upsell opportunities, and contract renewals.
- Identify opportunities to expand product adoption, introducing new Weezmo features and services.
- Proactively plan customer interactions and recommend technological solutions to optimize performance.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Technical Support teams.
- Represent Weezmo at customer events, training sessions, and strategic meetings (occasional travel required).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or a BA in Business with strong technical orientation.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management roles, preferably in SaaS and digital platforms.
- Experience working in a global company with cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to guide customers through product implementation and optimization.
- Near-native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Business background with an understanding of upselling, renewals, and account growth strategies.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience supporting customers in digital marketing, loyalty platforms, or retail tech solutions — an advantage.
