Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management Operations / Customer Advocacy

 Responsibilities:

- Proactively identifies opportunities for financial, operational, and delivery performance enhancement.

- Spearheads the successful implementation of our product and service suite with new and existing clients, driving exceptional business and financial outcomes through RCM transformation.

-Partner closely with our technology teams to deploy & implement our suite of products/workflow engines to drive best operational outcomes.

- Analyze business metrics trends, potential issues & escalations, client feedback & business strategy

Essential:

- 7+ years of experience in acute operations management and management consulting or advisory services.

- 5+ years of revenue cycle experience including Patient Access and Billing.

- Proven record of accomplishment of managing large-scale parallel transitions.

- Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations.

 -Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement.

-Willingness and ability to travel as required.

-Master’s degree in business or healthcare, such as MBA, MHA, or MPH

Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $175k-$215k.
