As a Renewal Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continued satisfaction and retention of our clients. You will be responsible for managing the renewal process, fostering strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written), an understanding of the contracts being renewed, and a proactive approach to customer success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end renewal process for account sizes smaller than $100K ARR primarily through written communication.

  • Report to Manager, Global Renewals, and will have a focus on customer retention and uplift.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and renewal statuses.

  • Provide regular reports regarding renewal pipeline, risks, and opportunities.

  • Execute against strategies to increase customer retention and reduce churn through the defined renewal processes.

  • Work closely with Installed Based leadership, Finance, Legal & Order Management to ensure all contracts are accurate while also verifying contracts, data integrity of all quotes, review terms and conditions.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of B2B SaaS renewals experience from a similar role (such as customer success, account management, SDR, BDR, or a related role)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in driving renewals with predictability and delivering against targeted gross retention rates.

  • Excellent time management skills; excellent attention to detail

  • Experience managing clients with Salesforce.com

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, but also an interest in helping build & rollout sustainable processes

  • Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and exceeding client expectations.

  • Respond to questions that align to the frameworks for exceptions for approvals

  • Provide renewals administration support to Renewals Managers.

  • Ensure renewals are closed on a timely basis.

Compensation

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. 

 

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity. 

 

US Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $72,000
