Job Description: 
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of security best practices and hands-on experience in platform customization and integration. The ideal candidate will be proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting, with a proven track record in Service Portal development and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain security best practices, including ACLs, roles, and access control.
• Develop and customize the Service Portal with UI enhancements and widget creation.
• Utilize ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Glide APIs.
• Design and build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and SSO protocols.
• Work with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor for automation and orchestration.
• Manage user roles, access controls, and follow ServiceNow’s security model.
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow development tools and practices.
• Experience with Service Portal customization and integration frameworks.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow Security Model and user administration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Certifications (Mandatory):
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
or
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, HRSD, or CSM
