We’re looking for a
Senior Software Engineer (L3)
to help shape the architecture, scalability, and reliability of our ecommerce platform. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving real-world problems, and want to work with talented engineers across disciplines—this is your kind of role.
🧠 About the Role
As a Senior Engineer on our Ecommerce team, you’ll take ownership of core systems that power customer experiences, from browsing to checkout. You’ll architect clean solutions, write production-ready code, mentor junior teammates, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship impactful features.
You’ll be joining a high-impact team with the autonomy to move quickly, backed by strong leadership and clear technical direction.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
Architect, build, and maintain scalable ecommerce systems
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
Design and implement systems that prioritize performance, security, and reliability
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to define technical direction
Debug issues across services, identify root causes, and implement robust fixes
Mentor junior engineers, lead by example, and contribute to team growth
Continuously improve systems through monitoring, performance tuning, and refactoring
🔍 What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience building and shipping software at scale
Proficiency in Go, JavaScript, or similar modern languages
Experience with modern web frameworks like React
Comfort working in cloud environments (we use Google Cloud)
Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, systems design)
Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD best practices
A security-first mindset and dedication to clean code
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
