Description
We’re looking for a
Sales Executive
to join our growing team at Clearooms. You’ll become an integral part of a small, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment, working closely with the Managing Director to drive growth.
You’ll focus on increasing sales through both inbound and outbound activities, nurturing leads from initial contact through to close. You will also assist with smoothly transitioning new customers over to our support team for onboarding and continued success.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound leads: responding promptly, qualifying needs, and moving them through the sales funnel.
Deliver compelling product demos via video calls and occasional in-person meetings.
Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to refine sales strategies and identify new markets and growth opportunities.
Generate outbound opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, and creative lead generation strategies.
Manage CRM records meticulously, ensuring accurate tracking of all communications and sales activities.
Liaise with the Customer Support team to ensure smooth transitions for new clients.
Maintain strong communication with the Customer Support and Success teams to ensure seamless customer handovers.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer conversations to help shape Clearooms' continued development.
Attend events, webinars, and exhibitions as a Clearooms ambassador (as needed).
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience in SaaS or B2B sales, preferably within a fast-paced, small team environment.
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a small team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
Able to understand and communicate technical products in an approachable way.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Pipedrive, Hubspot) is advantageous.
