We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our team and work collaboratively with colleagues globally.

We expect from you:

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role.

  • Experience with creating automated email flows, personalization, dynamic content, email campaigns, email templates, and website analytics.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. Experience with A/B testing.

  • Understanding of email technologies (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, soft and hard bounces, complaint rates, unsubscribe rates, postmasters, etc.).

  • Understanding of email content and its impact on deliverability (subject lines, body text, graphic design, etc.).

  • Familiarity with spam filter logic.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Development of emails.

  • Creation and optimization of trigger chains.

  • Participation in the development of marketing strategy.

  • Working with the database: customer segmentation, analysis of their response to emails.

  • Interaction with copywriters and designers. A/B testing.

  • Preparation of monthly reports on sent campaigns.

  • Participation in the improvement of key performance indicators (open rate, click rate, delivery rate).

Preferred:

  • Experience with Customer.io, SendGrid, or similar systems.

  • Experience with Power BI.

  • Knowledge of the principles of spam filters.

  • Experience in domain warming.

  • Knowledge of warming strategies.
