Remote - Claims Service Representative, National Accounts (Alberta Canada)
Role Summary
Working with a team of people, you will provide administrative support services in claims creation and demonstrate a superior level of customer service. This role requires the flexibility to be available between the hours of 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. Other duties as may be required.

Responsibilities
Claims Set Up
Claim creation in dedicated claims management system(s) as per account instructions
Claim is triaged appropriately and assigned within target timeframe with 95% accuracy
Participate on Email and / or Phone Queues
Make initial contact
Billings, and payment processing
Files billed within specified time frame, as per account instructions
Payments issued accurately and as per account instruction
Claims support
Handle claims inquiries, including calls from insureds, third party insurers and vendors
Provide assistance with data entry, notes, ordering police reports, lien searches and other claims related tasks
Account Management Support
Proper handling of correspondence for National Account employees and maintaining a catalogue of electronic devices
Provide claim file management support in Claims Management System(s)
Completing data integrity tasks and updates
Assisting with all other requests as directed from supervisor and National Accounts management team
Required Education & Experience
Post-secondary education in administration, insurance or related fields is considered an asset
Experience in an administrative support role, specifically in the insurance industry is considered an asset
Experience working within a dynamic team
Must have the aptitude and ability to learn new skills
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with reporting and data management considered an asset
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be legal to work in Canada
