Job Description Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business value through technology? Do you have experience in consulting, strategy, or digital transformation? Oracle’s Customer Success Services (CSS) team is looking for a Business Value Architect (BVA) to join us and support our most strategic clients across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. As a BVA, you will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with technology solutions, ensuring that IT investments deliver measurable impact. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, bridging the gap between business strategy and innovative technology-driven transformation. Skills and Competencies we’re looking for: Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business processes, strategy, and the industry in which the organization operates. Ability to identify and quantify business value. Technical Knowledge: While they are not necessarily deep technical experts, BVAs need to have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, cloud technologies, and digital transformation concepts to communicate effectively with IT teams. Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture, identify trends, and design solutions that align with long-term business goals, while understanding the short-term needs of the business Communication skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are critical for presenting complex information in an understandable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Problem-Solving skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify challenges, create solutions, and optimize processes for business value Change Management skills: Ability to drive and manage change within the organization, particularly when implementing new technology solutions or processes that impact the wider business Collaboration and stakeholder management skills: BVAs work across different departments, including IT, finance, operations, product management and marketing. Develop Value Propositions – Create compelling business cases that showcase how technology investments can drive efficiency, growth, and competitive advantage. Design Future-Ready Solutions – Work alongside Oracle’s technical experts to design flexible, scalable architectures that align with business needs. Engage and Influence Stakeholders – Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization. Measure Business Impact – Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to quantify the value delivered by IT initiatives. Optimize Risk & ROI – Assess risks, recommend trade-offs, and ensure that technology solutions maximize business value. Support Transformation & Change – Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of digital transformation projects.
