Job description

We are currently seeking a talented Remote Veeva Vault Developer with prior experience working in GxP systems. The ideal candidate will possess certifications in the Veeva Vault platform or any one Vault module (RIMS, QDocs, QMS, Promomats, CTMS, eTMF), along with expertise in change management within GxP systems. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in maintaining and assessing the impact of Vault platform releases on current systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize solutions within the Veeva Vault platform to address business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders remotely to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement and maintain Veeva Vault configurations and integrations.
  • Provide remote technical expertise and support for Veeva Vault platform-related initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with GxP regulations and standards in all Veeva Vault developments.
  • Participate in remote change management processes for GxP systems, including impact assessments and validation activities.
  • Stay updated on Veeva Vault platform releases and assess their remote impact on current system configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Veeva Vault platform implementations remotely.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience working in GxP systems within regulated industries.
  • Certification in the Veeva Vault platform or any one Vault module (RIMS, QDocs, QMS, Promomats, CTMS, eTMF) is required.
  • Experience with remote change management processes on GxP systems.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and assessing the impact of Veeva Vault platform releases on current systems remotely.
  • Strong understanding of GxP regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Additional certifications related to Veeva Vault or GxP systems.
  • Experience with other Document Management Systems (DMS) or Electronic Content Management (ECM) platforms.
