Main responsibilities:
· Serve as a subject matter expert in Adobe’s Experience Cloud solutions (AA/CJA, AT, RTCDP, AJO, ACC, AEP), advising clients on best practices for implementation, governance, privacy and technology utilization.
· You will serve as an integrator between business requirements and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients’ business needs.
· Defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementation.
· Perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels.
· Stay updated on the latest Adobe Experience Cloud and AEP features and industry trends to guide innovation and continuous improvement.

Challenges: Person will require continuous development in and around the relevant Adobe technologies. Working in a busy and remote internal team. (International) Business travel will be required from time to time depending on customer needs.

Competence
Must have
· Fluency in a Nordic language (Finnish or Norwegian). Ideally able to communicate with stakeholders speaking Norwegian.
· Tag Management Solutions: Adobe Launch, Tealium, GTM
· Digital Analytics tools: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
· Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms
· Good knowledge of SQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
· Experience creating and defining data model
· Experience with API integrations
· Great collaboration and communication skills
· For Norwegian candidates: Specialisms should be Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & Realtime Customer Data Platform (RTCDP)
· For Finnish candidates: Specialisms should be Adobe Analytics & Customer Journey Analytics
Good to have:
· A degree in marketing, communications, business, technology, computer science, or related fields is preferred.
· Experience of working with paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Adobe Advertising Cloud, Search Ads 360 or equivalent) and/or web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or equivalent)
· Consultancy or agency experience, confidence interacting with clients.
· 2+ years of experience.
