Position Summary

The Pharmacy 340B Program Manager reports to the 340B Program Director and is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the MHS 340B program. This includes ensuring program compliance, optimizing utilization, and maintaining program integrity across eligible entities. The Manager supports the strategic direction set by the 340B Program Director by overseeing 340B analyst performance, site and contract pharmacy registrations, split-billing software, distributor accounts, and financial performance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting and coordinating daily audits and reviews of 340B activity within contract and outpatient pharmacies, internal split-billing accumulators, and hospital-based departments
  • Identifying and implementing cost-savings opportunities in collaboration with the purchasing team
  • Supporting audit preparation and response efforts
  • Coordinating internal self-audits to ensure ongoing compliance with HRSA and organizational standards.
  • Operationalizing compliance and performance initiatives
  • Maintaining open communication with internal stakeholders to support program transparency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Eligible for Washington State Pharmacy Technician License
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 3 years of leadership experience in managerial or supervisory capacity
  • 5 years of technical experience; preferably in pharmacy supply chain activities
  • 3+ years of 340B DSH related experience
  • Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $100,547.00 - $144,685.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
