Job Description:
Responsible for the management and administration of an Information Technology contract portfolio. This position works to analyze, review, track and manage technology contracts from inception to expiration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manages contract notification and reporting
• Identifies IS contract partner based on contract technology type
• Creates and monitors termination and renewal reports
• Monitors and updates the contract database
• Reviews contracts and manages follow ups
• Extracts key information and creates contract summary report
• Problem solves contract issues; seeks clarity from subject matter experts and implements non-standard language
• Incorporates standard contract language
• Coordinates technical review; notifies vendor, schedule
• Ensures contract issues have been reviewed and approved
• Documents contract information and statuses
• Assists IS leaders with RFP bids for IT products; documentation, coordination, communication
• Acts as single point of contact for contracting stakeholders
• Creates workflow diagrams and communicates / educates stakeholders on IS contract processes
• Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
• High degree of critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficient in Excel
• Background/experience in technology or technology services
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
OR Associates degree plus 2 years of related experience
OR five or more years of related experience
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
No certification/licensure required.
