Your New Role

As our Indeed Support Specialist based remotely in the Philippines, you’ll lead the charge on all things Indeed. You’ll keep job campaigns running smoothly, track performance like a hawk, and resolve support issues with precision. Every click, credit, and campaign you manage will help our clients hire better, faster, and smarter.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Launching, monitoring, and optimizing Indeed Sponsored Jobs (adjusting budgets, bids, and match quality)

  • Managing and redeeming Indeed Sourcing Credits

  • Pausing/unpausing organic job postings per SLAs or client needs

  • Troubleshooting and resolving Indeed-related support tickets

  • Parsing resumes into ATS systems when auto-sync isn’t available

  • Setting up new organic job postings (titles, screener questions, tracking URLs)

Monthly tasks include:

  • Auditing organic jobs for compliance, visibility, and freshness

  • Creating and delivering monthly job performance snapshots with key metrics like CPC, cost-per-apply, and alerts
